    Once the payment arrives, we send you a confirmation with the course schedule.

You pay for the whole course in advance, by bank transfer or QR code, or with employee benefits. We hold your seat for 3 days after you order; if the payment does not arrive by then, the reservation is cancelled.

Yes. Choose payment with benefits in the order and pick your programme (Edenred, Pluxee, Up and Benefit Plus). We e-mail you the payment instructions.

Yes, we e-mail you a receipt. If a company pays for the course, enter its name and company ID in the order.

You get the materials and a summary from the teacher, so you can easily catch up before the next lesson.

If the course does not suit you after the first lesson, we return your money for the remaining lessons.

We let you know before the start and offer you another term, 1-on-1 lessons or your money back.

Yes. You can withdraw within 14 days of ordering without giving a reason, just write to us. If the course starts in the meantime, we return the money for the lessons that have not taken place yet.
